Abstract:
It's a Brave New World for financial services. Managing and moving money should be a right, not a privilege. That's one of the hallmarks of PayPal's inclusive and progressive vision. To help us bring this vision to life, PayPal partnered with Firefish, and embarked on a multi-country journey using cutting edge qual techniques to deeply understand the challenges people face. Insights from the study were instrumental in helping PayPal on our journey (and post IPO metamorphosis), to develop ever-more compelling products and positioning by articulating ways we can be the customer champion for the management and movement of money.
