Abstract:
Dettol performs relatively poorly in image terms compared with Savlon in the area of mothers with young babies. This is particularly the case in relation to recommendations by clinics for babies and for those with delicate skins. Reckitt Colman also have little basic information about this area and therefore wish to examine in general terms factors influencing young mothers with a view to developing the area to Dettol advantage. The objectives of the research reported here were to investigate the factors influencing young mothers and their attitudes and opinions.
